By accessing and using our website, you warrant that: (1.) all information you submit is truthful and correct; (2.) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; and (3.) you are 18 years of age or older. While we sell merchandise for children's use, this merchandise we sell is intended to be purchased by adults only. Our website is intended for use by residents of the United States as we only ship to customers located in the United States.

The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order. The email order confirmation confirms that our system has received your order. We reserve the right to correct any rare pricing errors or other errors on our website, to limit the order quantity for any item, and to refuse service to any customer for any reason at our discretion. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. We also reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any or no reason. Your order is only accepted upon shipment of the product.

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee it can be cancelled afterwards even if you send us an email right after the order is placed. With some items being factory direct & our focus on processing orders as fast as possible it will be very hard to locate and find an order once it has been processed. We will do our best but cannot guarantee it.
5. Product Images, Content, Descriptions & Specs:
The inclusion of any products or services on our website does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any particular time or that the listed attributes are accurate or complete. This includes product images & descriptions. Some items ship factory direct and their images or products specs can change at anytime without us being warned. We cannot guarantee the color you see for a product is accurate because it can vary depending on your computer monitor, tablet or smartphone screen, this goes for the texture of a product as well. Please make sure you always read the product labels, warnings, directions or any other materials provided with the product before using that product. Also, we may make changes to information about price, availability or other product attributes without notice at our discretion. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing or other information, we will have the right to cancel orders of any such product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card or other payment method has been charged. If your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the order and your order is cancelled, we will refund any such charges. We do not honor any coupon codes, prices or product information a 3rd party website may display regarding our products as we do not control those websites.
6. Product Availability & Inventories
The Carroll's Sports Cove website does not advertise any item as "in stock". This website does not support real time inventory and since some items are shipped factory or 3rd party direct and inventories are constantly changing, it is possible on occasion for an item to have recently sold out and not be marked backordered or Out of Stock on the website under the availability section.
When viewing an item on our website, you will see the Availability section. While most of the orders placed on our website ship within the time frame stated, this is not a declaration of an item being in stock or a guarantee the item will ship within this time frame or arrive by a certain date. This time frame gives you the general idea of how long the item usually takes to ship out. If you need an order by a specified date please contact us before ordering.
Some items we stock, other items are shipped factory direct or supplier direct. Because of this, we do not guarantee any items as being in stock on our website since we have many places we can ship the item from and inventories are constantly changing.
BACK ORDERED: ITEMS: You agree & understand that any order placed is not canceled until you get an email confirmation from Carroll's Sports Cove that the order has been canceled. You also agree & understand that any orders placed on backorder will be charged and shipped once inventory is again available, no matter how long the order has been on backorder for.
7. Shipping Policy Depending on the size of your order, your location & where it is shipping from, your order will ship using UPS, FEDEX or The Post Office(USPS). If you have any special shipping instructions please let us know ahead of time by emailing us or typing them into the comments section when placing your order. You agree & understand that we do not guarantee any shipping time frames listed on our website as unexpected delays such as weather or delays by the courier etc... are out of our control. If you want a guarantee for a delivery date please contact us via email.
If the package is stolen front your front porch or location we do not refund the order or pay to send the order out again. If the shipping courier we use to ship your package (UPS, FEDEX, USPS etc..) shows a package has been delivered to your location but you claim it has not been received, we will file a tracer with that courier to have them investigate. If they deem this package delivered after their investigation, we do not refund the order or cover the cost to ship a whole new order out again, that is up to the customer. If a package shows delivered that was not received and the courier investigates & acknowledges they made an error, we will ship a new order out to you or will refund. It is the customers responsibility to contact us to request a signature be required upon delivery or to pay for insurance on the shipment before we ship your order.
ADDRESS CORRECTION FEES Please make sure you provide the accurate ship to address when placing the order. If the shipping courier has to correct the address in anyway while shipping the item by changing the zip code or if it is missing the apartment # etc... they will charge a fee at the customers expense. If the shipping courier has to return the package because of a bad address, any fees to return the package will be paid by the customer. We are also not responsible for any additional costs for the package to be delivered such as mail forwarding etc..
8. Product Support Carroll's Sports Cove does not offer product support after the order has been received. While the overwhelming majority of our products are straight forward and easy to use (decals, stickers etc...) there are a few items that you may need help setting up or using. We refer you to the manufacturer on your items packaging for that type of help. The reason being they made the product and can offer you the best possible help to properly setup and use their products.
9. Return Policy
The following section below, outlines our return policy. At Carroll's Sports Cove customer service is our top priority. If the situation mandates it, Carroll's Sports Cove reserves the right to amend the following policies on a case by case basis. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this policy, or have any other inquiries about our store.
As a general guideline, please be sure to inspect your order immediately upon receipt of the shipment so that in case of a problem, the situation can be resolved as soon as possible. You need to contact Carroll's Sports Cove within 30 days of the ship date in order to obtain an RMA# for a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise please contact us within 30 days of the ship date for a replacement item and an RMA#. We ask you to please not just send the item back without an RMA# or the package will not be recognized by our returns department and it will be refused and sent back at the customers expense. Please do not throw item away either.
*Please note: in very few cases the design of an item changes without warning from the manufacturer. We do not consider a return of this nature as an incorrect item sent. Unwanted Merchandise
If you decide after you receive the item that you do not want it and want to return it, please contact us within 30 days of the ship date to get an RMA#. We ask you to please not just send the item back without an RMA# or the package will be refused and sent back. After you receive the RMA# you then ship the item (in new condition, in its original packaging) back to our warehouse. Once we receive the merchandise back we will issue you a credit for the price of the item less a 20% restock fee and less the "actual" cost to ship this item to you (not the flat rate shipping cost we charge). This also includes any orders that qualify for free shipping.
Any order you need to cancel while en-route to your specified destination and sent back to us will be treated as unwanted merchandise. The cost to ship the order will be non-refundable and a 20% restock fee will be applied. Also any additional shipping charges by the shipping company for re-routing a package will be applied to your account.
The item must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging and be in resellable condition or the item cannot be accepted as a return and no refund will be given. All Clothing must be returned with all tags and labels still attached, hasn't been worn or washed. Tire covers must returned clean, undamaged (Including the packaging the item comes in) or a return cannot be accepted. Earrings cannot be returned due to health reasons.
Refused Delivery, Invalid Addresses
Shipments that are refused by the recipient at the ship to address or sent back to us because the address that was given to us on the order is deemed undeliverable by the shipping company, will be treated as unwanted merchandise. If the address is invalid and we receive the item back but you still want the item, we can send it back out to you after we receive the correct address at the customers expense.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CARROLL'S SPORTS COVE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY 3RD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF REPUTATION, COST OF COVER DAMAGES OR INTANGIBLE LOSSES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE & SERVICES, YOUR INABILITY TO USE OUR WEBSITE, OR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PROPERTIES, EVEN IF THE CARROLL'S SPORTS COVE PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. FURTHER, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CARROLL'S SPORTS COVE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID TO US FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
