Q: How can I track my order?

A: After we ship your order we will send you the tracking number in an email to the email address you provided when placing your order.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We do not ship internationally at this time.

Q: Why do some items say they usually ship the next business day and others take 2-3 days, 5-7 days or 1-2 weeks to ship?

A:Per the terms & conditions when checking out and our Availability Policy, we do not list any of our items as "in stock" because we ship items from multiple locations within the United States. Because of that we have to rely on inventory from 3rd party suppliers and manufacturers and those inventory levels change constantly and can be incorrect at times.

Q: If I sign up for your newsletter will my email address be given to 3rd parties and then my email will get bombarded with junk mail?

A: No, if you sign up for our newsletter we will not give your email address to anyone and we will only send you information regarding our company when new products are released or any news that we want to pass along.

Q: Do you offer product support after the sale has been completed?

A: Carroll's Sports Cove does not offer product support after the order has been received. While the overwhelming majority of our products are straight forward and easy to use (decals, stickers etc...) there are a few items that you may need help setting up or using. We refer you to the manufacturer on your items packaging for that type of help. The reason being they made the product and can offer you the best possible help to properly setup and use their products.
